A native of Baton Rouge, LA, he attended LSU for broadcast journalism, marketing, and leadership management.
Most of his extensive experience comes from his career success working in marketing and sales with media giants like ESPN and iHeartRadio. In the automotive industry, he’s served in various leadership and top producer roles in both retail, luxury and manufacturing sectors.

Justin Dumas

Justin has been a member of the Car Motivators Team since 2022. He has spent the last few years providing leadership with the Bobcat corporation where he was the sales manager for the State of Missouri.
With 20 years of automotive industry experience in his lunch box, we are excited to have Justin onboard to push the needle and have the kind of heavy impact on our clients now and in the future that changes lives and grows revenue.
Justin is a talented outlier when it comes to coaching the service department (leadership and staff) to succeed above and beyond, not only from a revenue and customer retention standpoint, but in building a winning culture as well!

After almost two decades of experience as a fixed operations manager, Eric’s skillset is improving morale, work efficiency, client satisfaction, and shop productivity as a result of a winning attitude and competitive spirit.

Stepping up is the RIGHT thing to do, and a Motivator ALWAYS leads when it’s necessary. We lead by example and don’t ask people to go where we haven’t gone before. Motivators are people of character who always try to do the right thing, and when we don’t (because we’re human), we are humble enough to own our mistakes. We stay competent and able to transfer skills to others because we have mastered them ourselves. We don’t easily give up on people, and we give others a chance to improve and grow before throwing in the towel!

We take time to ASK, pause, reflect, discuss, and as such, people are drawn to us because of this high level of insatiable curiosity and understanding.
