Sean :nHow do you know you’ve done your due diligence as a leader? Well, that’s a very subjective question and to answer that you have to define what a good leader is. If you look at every moment in history, a good leader gets people to take action, fundamentally changing their mindset and behaviors, even sometimes to the detriment of themselves, the risk of the followers, but for the greater good. So what gets people to act? First, the leader must communicate consistently clearly and effectively. So people understand. Next, they need to show care and generate buy in so people want to act and get behind the leaders cause then they often need to transfer skills so people have the ability to act. And that along the way, uncovering and addressing barriers to action, both physical and mentally, and then setting standards and expectations. So followers have the need to act. And then if all those boxes are checked, I think a leader can sleep easy at night knowing they’ve given their followers their bestnn
