Kelly : What sets you apart from the competition?n
nPeter :It’s actually pretty easy. We’re the only company in the industry that gives the actual hardware. So a 12 megapixel iPad Pro, I know with that device, if I was taking pictures of trees are my kids or whatever, and I have all the best cameras, by the way, I have all the best lenses, I have everything you can possibly imagine. But if this is free advice, if you are using a DSLR, at your dealership in 2022, you are behind the times, there’s 100 other companies out there that will, you know, you can use for apps that streamline everything directly to your website.n
nnIf you’re still taking a camera or a memory card out of a camera, and putting it into a computer at this point, you are that I mean, if you’re a small dealer, and that works for you Ferraris, for example. Amazing, right? Like, I would totally, if I own a Ferrari dealership, and I sold 18 cars a month, I would totally use a DSLR because they’re beautiful, everything works out. But in large volume, practicality standards, you need to be using software at this point, it is just the way that the game goes. So what separates us apart is we give this hardware because I know that my team will get out of that hardware with your person, we’re going to get you what I told you, we would get you. That’s number one.n
nnNumber two, we’re the only company that has extensive training and unlimited training. So you fire the guy, he’s terminated, he or she, whatever it is, we can train the next person to be as consistent as the last guy within 24 to 48 hours. It’s over. We got that down, Pat. The third thing is quality control and moving forward. Are there paper formats in my car? Are the steering wheels crooked? Does every car look the same? Do all my cameras have the exact same number of photos, the exact same composition is everything consistent? That’s the number one thing I was asked.n
nnWhen I use DSLRs all the way fast forward to today, where we have all this technology available that we’ve developed, like consistency is key in our patented wireframe guideline system assists us with doing that. And so these things, though, are just tools, right? So just because I My wife has a great stove doesn’t make you a great cook. And I know I’m gonna get skewered for that. But she is a great cook. But my point here is, whether you were using our tool or someone else’s tool, the process behind it and the training and the people behind it implementing it is the key.n
nnSo it’s equally important as our technology is the team right here that’s actually implementing the technology at the dealership. So we’re immediately separated from everyone else because nobody gives you $1,000 iPad period. Nobody gives you extensive training, period, no one quality controls and professionally edit your photos every day period. Like that those four things alone are taking us to the top. And that’s pretty evident at this point.
